Just to give you a small sample of the way their reply was worded: It seems that "It is unfortunate that you were not pleased with our offerings" and then went ahead with three full paragraphs self congratulating themselves about how magnificent their garden is at other times which is meaningless to me as I just witnessed dead plants.Īgain: Look at the pictures.

Since there was nothing to do or see inside, we turned around and asked for a refund, only to be told "no refunds whatsoever" which for me is unbelievable given the situation.
